By accessing or using PluseNews and SignFlow (collectively, the “Services”) at plusenews.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2. Description of Services
PluseNews
A free news aggregator that displays publicly available headlines and excerpts from third-party sources including The Guardian, Hacker News, and Reddit via their official, licensed APIs. PluseNews does not host, store, or republish full article content. All articles link directly to the original publisher.
SignFlow
A free electronic document signing tool. Users may upload, send, and sign documents. By using SignFlow you confirm you have the legal right to sign and share the documents you upload.
3. Third-party content & copyright
PluseNews aggregates news headlines and short excerpts from third-party publishers via their official public APIs. All content remains the intellectual property of the original publishers. We do not claim ownership of any third-party content displayed on this site.
If you are a copyright holder and believe content displayed on PluseNews infringes your rights, please contact copyright@plusenews.com and we will take prompt action.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from the Services
- Upload documents to SignFlow that you do not have the legal right to share or sign
- Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features
- Use the Services to distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
5. Advertising
PluseNews displays advertisements served by Google AdSense to support the free operation of the service. By using PluseNews you acknowledge that advertisements may be shown. You can opt out of personalised advertising via Google Ads Settings.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any news content displayed, as it is sourced from third-party APIs outside our control. PluseNews is not a news publisher and does not editorial-verify the content it aggregates.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PLUS·E shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any changes.
