1. Overview
PluseNews (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the website plusenews.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using PluseNews you agree to the practices described here.
2. Information we collect
Browser / local storage
Bookmarks you save are stored exclusively in your browser's localStorage. News articles you have recently viewed are cached in sessionStorage to avoid unnecessary network requests. Neither is sent to our servers.
Log data
Like most websites, our hosting provider (Vercel) may automatically collect standard server log data such as your IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages visited. This data is used only for security and performance monitoring and is not sold or shared.
Account data (SignFlow)
If you create a SignFlow account, we store your email address and the documents you upload via Supabase (our database provider). This data is used solely to provide the e-signing service and is never sold to third parties.
Newsletter (optional)
If you subscribe to the daily digest, your email address is stored by Buttondown. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.
